While you could get married in a Walmart, KFC, or perhaps a Waffle House, you don't have to celebrate your special day in an of those places in Music City. Inspired by this list from Mental Floss, it is time to present:

7 Cool Places to be Married in Nashville

Love Circle - Some say that Love Circle is one of the most romantic spots in the Nashville area. Atop the hill, you can see many areas of Nashville, and downtown.

The Parthenon - The replica of the Grecian Parthenon is a terrific place to hold a wedding ceremony. It is open year round, except for the big holidays like Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and July 4th.

Riverfront Park - If you would like to enjoy the view of the water, downtown Nashville and are a Tennessee Titans fan, setting up your wedding on the Riverfront might be the place for you to celebrate your special day. With Fort Nashborough sitting right above the waterline, you could go for the Civil War theme, and then have your reception at Graham Central Station!

General Jackson Showboat - This could be really terrific if you have lots of visitors coming in for your wedding. The General Jackson holds up to 1100 guests, but you could also book the Music City Queen which only hold 300 guests. You can book your own private cruise, or participate in one of the cruises up and down the Cumberland they already have planned.

OpryLand Hotel - If you have a large budget - this would another fun place to welcome out of town guests. Gaylord Opryland is a beautiful facility and has many rooms that would be ideal for your special day. After the service, you can run next door and shop at the Opry Mills Mall, or have dinner at Dave and Busters!

The World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge - If you are a Redneck Woman, here is your opportunity to get hitched at the most famous Nashville Honky Tonk...Tootsies! Ok, Maybe you don't want to be married in a bar -- but you could have your reception there!

The Hermitage - If you want to go presidential - check out the home of former president Andrew Jackson - for old time charm, and beauty, this would be a beautiful place for a wedding. With a church on the grounds, and the Tulip Grove, there are several spots that would be ideal for your ceremony.
